Look and feel YOUNGER WITH our WRINKLE REDUCTION TREATMENT
What Is BOTOX®?
BOTOX® uses very fine injections to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles on the skin which show signs of ageing and can make you look tired or even angry. The more expressive you are, the deeper the lines can become. Overtime, collagen production slows down and the problem can become worse as we are less able to repair the damage. Preventative treatment is very important and can be provided in your 20’s and 30’s to prevent wrinkles occurring.
As you age the eyebrow can droop causing a tired and hooded effect. BOTOX® can also be used to achieve a brow lift where fine injections can be inserted into specific areas on the forehead and eyebrow. This will provide a natural lift and arched eyebrow. It is a very quick and effective non-surgical treatment option to look more youthful and rejuvenated – no holiday needed!
The neck can also be easily treated with small doses of BOTOX® for a youthful, rejuvenated appearance. This advanced technique involves injecting small doses of product into ‘turkey bands’ on the neck. This causes a softer muscle effect. After a few days, the bands on the neck will relax and look less prominent.
How Does It Work?
BOTOX® temporarily prevents the nerve from sending a signal to the muscle. The muscle then has reduced movement and ability to move the overlying skin. This results in a more wrinkle-free complexion as the skin is not constantly creased when we smile, laugh or frown.
BOTOX® is recommended for the three main areas where wrinkles are more prevalent on the face;
Forehead lines - lines when you raise your eyebrows
Frown lines -lLines in between the eyebrows
Crow’s feet - lines around the eyes when you laugh, smile and squint
